Bronwyn Rasmussen
Chair

Bronwyn is a consultant in the agricultural industry with more than 15 years’ experience working in the Australian and New Zealand sheep Breeding industries.  She specialises in genetics focused research and development project management and holds a PhD (UNE) in quantitative genetics.  Bronwyn is also proud mum to Sophie, Sami and Josh and wife of the late Geoff Rasmussen.

John Toll
Director

John is a Partner at Azure Capital Ltd and has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions and financing advisory across a range of industry sectors. John graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting and Finance) and also completed the Institute of Chartered Accountants CA Program and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance.

David Gray
Director

David is a mergers and acquisitions partner at Herbert Smith Freehills. Prior to his arrival in Perth, David worked as a lawyer in Melbourne, London and New York. He is also a director of Youth Focus Inc and has chosen to focus his charitable endeavours in the areas of youth engagement and mental health.
